These terms apply when you use the hiHStarky website or purchase products from the hiHStarky online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
About hiHStarky
hiHStarky is an independent art practice based in Cornwall, UK. The online shop sells original artwork and fine art prints.

Products
I take care to describe and photograph artwork as accurately as possible. Please be aware that colours can vary slightly between screens and the appearance of original artwork may vary depending on lighting.
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind unless stated otherwise. Fine art prints are reproductions of original hiHStarky artwork and are sold unframed unless the product description states otherwise.
Product availability may change and I reserve the right to withdraw products from sale.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provide. If I am unable to fulfil your order for any reason, I will contact you and refund any payment made for the affected item.
Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
Delivery
I currently deliver online orders within the United Kingdom.
Standard UK delivery costs £5.95 and is free on orders over £100.
Fine art prints are made to order and may take up to 7 working days to be produced before dispatch. Original artworks will usually be dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, I will do my best to keep you informed.

Returns and cancellations
Your rights to cancel an online order and return an item are explained in the Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Copyright and intellectual property
All artwork, images, designs and other creative content on this website remain the intellectual property of hiHStarky and/or the artist unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing an original artwork or print gives you ownership of the physical item only. Copyright and reproduction rights are not transferred with the purchase.
Artwork and images may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use its content in a way that infringes intellectual property or other legal rights.
This website is hosted by Shopify and may contain links or services provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply when you use those services.
Liability and consumer rights
Products sold through hiHStarky must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose as required by applicable UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
hiHStarky is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that were not caused by a breach on our part.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes to the website, the business or applicable requirements. The version published on the website at the time you place an order will apply to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also have rights under the laws applicable where you live.
