Shipping policy

UK delivery

hiHStarky currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

Standard UK delivery is £5.95, with free delivery on orders over £100. Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Fine art prints

Fine art prints are professionally printed to order in the UK. Please allow up to 7 working days for your print to be produced before dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on the delivery service used. The delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Original artwork

Original artworks are ready to ship and will usually be dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Originals will be packaged carefully to protect the artwork in transit.

Multiple items

Where possible, items from the same order will be shipped together. However, because prints are produced to order, some orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

You will only be charged the delivery rate shown at checkout.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact hihstarky@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to change the delivery address.

Delays, damage or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you have any concerns about a delivery, please contact hihstarky@gmail.com and I'll do my best to resolve the issue.

If an order appears to be delayed or missing, please get in touch so I can investigate with the delivery provider.
